This Privacy Policy explains how VELDRYN handles information when you use the game.

Online services and account data

VELDRYN is an online game. Information required to provide multiplayer and online features may be transmitted to and stored on game servers or third-party hosting services.

This may include account or profile identifiers, character and progression data, inventory and equipment data, guild or multiplayer information, rankings, gameplay activity, technical diagnostics, device or session information, and other data needed to operate, secure, synchronize, and improve the online service.

Player-created names, chat messages, guild communication, and other social content are transmitted to the online service and may be visible to other players as appropriate to the feature. World chat is visible to players in its channel; guild and party messages are shared with the relevant group. Guild features may show members’ roles, presence or recent activity, and contributions to shared activities.

No advertising

VELDRYN does not display third-party advertisements and does not use Google AdMob for advertising.

Payments, purchases, and subscriptions

VELDRYN may offer paid features through Google Play or the applicable platform store. VIP and VIP+ are intended as one-time purchases. Supporter is a recurring subscription and may be used together with VIP or VIP+. VELDRYN does not sell a paid premium currency, and paid products are not intended to provide PvP combat power, paid PvP stat advantages, or paid ranking strength.

Payments are processed by the platform store or its payment providers. The VELDRYN developer does not receive or store your full payment-card or bank-account details.

To verify purchases and keep paid features available, VELDRYN may receive and process limited purchase information from the platform store. This may include a product identifier, purchase or transaction token, transaction or order identifier, purchase status, subscription status, renewal or expiration information, and other limited data needed to validate, restore, support, refund, or prevent misuse of purchases.

VELDRYN may store an entitlement record linked to your game account showing which one-time features you own and whether a subscription is currently active. Purchase-verification and entitlement records may be retained where reasonably necessary to restore purchases, provide customer support, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, meet accounting requirements, or comply with legal obligations.

Recurring billing, subscription renewal, cancellation, payment-method management, and store refunds are handled through Google Play or the applicable platform store under that store's terms. Supporter may renew automatically until cancelled through the applicable store. Cancelling Supporter stops future renewal; subscription-only conveniences and cosmetic presentation features may stop after the paid period ends, while permanent purchases and permanently earned game progress remain on the account.

Paid benefits may include convenience features such as additional offline-progress time, storage or preset capacity, crafting-queue capacity, and cosmetic identity options. VIP+ may allow a custom solid player-name color. Active Supporter may allow advanced player-name gradients or subtle animated color styles. These identity choices can be visible to other players in chat, guild, party, profile, recruitment, ranking, or similar social surfaces where player names are shown.

Online multiplayer and social features

VELDRYN may process gameplay and social information required for multiplayer features such as co-op play, guilds, rankings, player profiles, and chat. Information that you choose to share through public or group features may be visible to other players. This can include character or display names, guild tags, profile cosmetics, and selected name-color or gradient styles.

Online activity may be logged or retained where reasonably necessary for service operation, moderation, abuse prevention, security, dispute handling, and enforcement of game rules.

Optional Discord community

The Join Discord button opens an external invitation to the VELDRYN community: join the VELDRYN Discord. Joining is optional and is not required to play. The button opens the invite in your browser or Discord app; it does not automatically link your VELDRYN account to a Discord account or send your game save or in-game chat history to Discord.

When you visit or use Discord, Discord processes information under its own Privacy Policy. Your Discord profile and messages may be visible to other members and moderators according to the channels and permissions you use. Information you choose to share with the VELDRYN team there may be used to answer questions, handle feedback, or moderate the community. Do not post passwords, sign-in links, or payment details in community channels.

Local settings and guided tutorials

The game stores settings, cached information, and tutorial preferences on your device. Guided tutorials can remember the current step and whether a guide is paused or complete, associated with a game account or character identifier so that different players’ progress is kept separate. The guild guide uses your online membership status to decide when to offer help. Its tutorial progress is saved locally rather than uploaded as gameplay progress or shared with other players.

Local tutorial preferences may remain when you sign out. You can remove locally stored app data using your device’s app-storage controls, where available; doing so can also remove other local settings or saves. Clearing local app data does not delete your online VELDRYN account.

Data storage and security

Online progression and account-related information may be stored remotely so that the game can provide persistent multiplayer services and synchronize progress. Some settings or cached information may also be stored locally on the device.

Reasonable technical and organizational measures may be used to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

VELDRYN is not directed specifically at children. Online and social features are intended to be operated in accordance with applicable Google Play target-audience, privacy, and safety requirements.

Your choices

You may have privacy choices through your device settings, Google account, Google Play, and controls provided inside the game. Where applicable, requests relating to account information or deletion can be made using the contact information or account-management options provided by the game.

Third-party services

VELDRYN may rely on third-party services for platform functionality, hosting, authentication, purchases, analytics, crash reporting, or other online functionality. This includes the applicable app store or payment provider for purchase processing. These services have their own privacy policies and terms, and their handling of information is governed by those policies.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the game's services, multiplayer features, data practices, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page.
