VELDRYN account and data deletion
Use this page to request deletion of your VELDRYN game account and the personal data associated with it.
Request deletion
Send an email from the address connected to your VELDRYN account. Include your VELDRYN display name and, if available, your public player ID.
If you cannot send from the account email, explain that in your request so we can verify account ownership before processing it.
What will be deleted
After ownership is verified, we will delete the VELDRYN account and associated game data, including characters, progression, inventory, profiles, guild and party participation, chat content associated with the account, reports submitted by the account, and online settings.
Some limited records may be retained only when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, payment reconciliation, moderation audit, or legal obligations. Any retained records will be limited to that purpose and deleted when no longer required.
Processing
Requests are reviewed manually. We may ask for additional information to verify ownership. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have an active Google Play subscription, cancel it through Google Play to prevent future renewal; cancelling a subscription does not replace this deletion request.
